What roles does ONE CX hire for?
Across seven practices UX Design, Digital Engineering, Martech, Data Engineering, Experience Personalisation, CX Strategy and AI Max. Plus the operations roles that run the firm. Open roles are listed above; the general application reaches the same hiring team.
Where are ONE CX offices, and is hybrid work possible?
Gurugram, Mumbai and Chandigarh, with Hyderabad opening soon. We believe we operate best as One team in person. We do have more than 10 people operating from remote. But only in exception cases, hybrid is encouraged.
Does ONE CX hire freshers and interns?
Yes we do. We have a structured 12-week, practice-specific onboarding paths with a mentor and a real project from week one
What kind of clients and work will I be on?
Enterprise engagements. BFSI, Telecom, retailers, EV and mobility brands, public institutions, where the team builds and then operates the product. The case studies clients see are the same work you would join
