Experience Engineering Built for Customers, Measured by Revenue It Earns
We engineer, run and grow your products, apps, commerce and websites

of customers say the experience a company provides matters as much as its products - Salesforce, State of the Connected Customer.
5,300
retailers run on rStorefront, the commerce platform we engineered and operate, with the IP owned by the client
Most engineering firms ship a build to the agreed scope and leave. After that, the product ages, the experience leaks revenue, and no one owns it.
At ONE CX we do not leave, and we do not treat the build as the job. The job is the whole experience your customer lives, every step from the first tap to the repeat purchase, not just the code that ships.
We fuse engineering, design, data, personalisation, and martech, in one team, engineer the product to a revenue number, and operate it after launch. We are measured by business outcomes, what the customer experience converts, retains and grows, not by delivery milestones.

What Our Audits Find, Builds That Ship on Time and Still Fail the Customer
On Time, On Scope, Off Target
The Build ships on time and on scope, yet misses the outcome it was meant to move because no one engineered for it.

Slick in the Demo, Slow on a Budget Phone
Slow on a mid-range Android and lags where it converts, the experience leaks revenue from the day it ships.

Go-Live, Then Goodbye
No one owns it after launch, so it ages, slows and breaks until the only option left is an expensive rebuild.
Revenue, Engineered Around the Customer Experience
Product, app, storefront or site, built, modernised and continuously operated on real customer behaviour.

Six Disciplines Behind Every Product We Build and Run
We run them as one team, engineered to the customer experience and a revenue number, then operate what we ship, for BFSI, retail and D2C brands.
01
Product Discovery and Scope
We scope to the customer and a revenue number before a line of code, with engineering, design and CX in the room, so the build moves a number, not a backlog.
90 Days. Four Phases. A Product You Own.
Working software and a first measured signal inside ninety days, then operated and owned from day 91.
Why India's Product, Engineering and Growth Leaders Choose ONE CX
01
We Build It, Then We Operate It
Most firms ship the product and leave. We engineer it and run it after launch, so it keeps performing long after go-live.

Engineering Fused With Experience
SIs silo engineering, design, data and CX. We build them in one team, so the product is engineered to the customer, not the spec. Only a firm that owns the CX practices can claim that.

You Own the Code and the IP
We build in your stack and hand over clean, documented code. No black box, no lock-in. The product is yours to run, with us or without. rStorefront IP is owned by the client.

Regulated-Grade, Built at Speed
SIs are governed but slow, dev shops fast but cannot pass a BFSI audit. We engineer to RBI, IRDAI and SEBI standards without slowing releases.

Questions India's Leaders Ask ONE CX About Experience Engineering
What does ONE CX actually do in an Experience Engineering engagement?
We build and operate the digital product your customers touch, web, app, commerce or website, with engineering, design, data and CX in one team, engineered to a CX and revenue outcome. We build it, then we run it.
How is this different from an IT services company or system integrator?
SIs build systems to a spec and leave. We build the product the customer actually touches, fuse engineering with design, data and CX, tie it to a measurable outcome, and operate it. ONE CX compete on the experience the build produces, not on cloud migrations or staff augmentation.
How is Experience Engineering different from your Experience Design practice?
Experience Design designs the experience, the research, the UX, the interface. Experience Engineering builds and ships it as working software, then runs it. Design draws it; we make it real and operate it. On many engagements they work together; on others we engineer what your own team or agency has designed.
Do you build mobile apps, storefronts and websites, or only products?
We build all of them, as one practice. The product or platform, the mobile app, the commerce storefront and the marketing site are six engineered services under Experience Engineering, each scoped to a revenue number and run after launch. Most clients start with one surface and grow the relationship across the rest
Do you actually build the product, or only advise on it?
We build it. Our engineers write the code, ship the product and operate it in production. Advice without a build is not what this practice is.
Do you work with startups and founders, or only large enterprises?
Both. For founders we build zero to one and beyond as a product partner, scoped to validation and growth. For enterprises we build and modernise products at scale. The discipline is the same; the stage and the language differ.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. We build in your stack and hand over clean, documented code, with no black box and no lock-in. You can run the product with us, with your own team, or with anyone else.
How does this use your Data Engineering, Personalisation and AI work?
E-Commerce Personalisation architects and builds the commerce: the storefront, the runtime, and the sub-300ms rendering that shows each customer relevant offers and recommendations. The engine that decides what to recommend is our Personalisation practice, the unified customer data is Data Engineering, and the models are AI MAX. We build the commerce they run on.
You operate the product after launch. What does that mean, and does it lock us in?
Operate means we run, monitor and improve the live product to an agreed SLA, performance, reliability, releases and conversion, on real customer use. It is a service you start and stop, not a dependency. You own the code throughout, so you are never locked in: keep us on to run it, take it in-house, or move it to another partner. The build is yours either way
What does product engineering look like specifically for BFSI, D2C, Fintech, Healthcare, SaaS, and consumer durables brands in India?
Every sector has different platform demands, compliance requirements, and scale characteristics, engineering that ignores these builds a generic product that fails at the moments each sector needs it most. In BFSI, policy platforms and customer portals built to IRDAI and RBI standards, alongside DPDP Act 2023. Platform reliability that handles premium collection peaks without degradation. Mobile experiences serving policyholders in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, not the English-only product the team originally shipped. In D2C, commerce platforms engineered for UPI-first checkout on mid-range Android with variable 4G. Performance optimised for the device 70% of Indian D2C customers actually use. Real-time inventory and pricing that holds under flash sale traffic instead of collapsing under the load marketing generated. In Fintech, transaction platforms where latency is milliseconds and security is zero-trust. KYC onboarding engineered for completion rate, not just regulatory sign-off . Credit flows that scale with user growth without architectural rework at every milestone. In Healthcare, patient portals and care management systems built for clinical data governance and patient privacy. Multilingual interfaces for low-digital-literacy users. Platform reliability that never fails during appointment scheduling or diagnostic result, because a platform failure in healthcare erodes trust the brand cannot recover. In SaaS, multi-tenant architecture that scales with customer growth without linear infrastructure cost growth. Feature flagging for progressive rollout. Product instrumentation feeding churn prediction and expansion revenue models. In consumer durables, post-purchase platforms connecting warranty, service, and upgrade across dealer, digital, and call centre. Unified identity across the full ownership lifecycle, so the brand stays present from purchase to service to upgrade instead of disappearing after the sale.

Say Hello Headline: Stop Buying Builds That Age. Start Owning an Experience That Earns. We engineer the product, app, storefront or site to a revenue number, then run it on real customer use, so it keeps earning instead of ageing into a rebuild.
