Product Optimisation That Makes a Live Product Faster and Cheaper to Run

Speed, reliability and cloud cost tuned on real production data, with no re-architecture.

It Shipped, It Works, and It's Still Leaking Revenue Every Day.

A live product rarely fails outright. It underperforms.

Pages that felt fast in the demo now crawl on a mid-range Android on a weak network. The product holds on a normal Tuesday and buckles when a campaign or festival drives traffic up. The cloud bill rises every quarter, yet no one can explain which workloads are driving it.

None of this shows up as an outage, so it gets tolerated. Over time, the slow, fragile and increasingly expensive product quietly leaks conversion, retention and margin.

The usual answers are both wrong: tolerate the decline, or fund a costly rebuild the product does not need.

ONE CX™ offers a third way. We optimise and harden live products using production telemetry across performance, reliability, scale and cost, with no re-architecture required.

The product stays live while we make it faster, more resilient and less expensive to run. It loads quickly on the devices India actually uses, holds through peak demand, and costs what its usage warrants.

This is not a rebuild, and it is not an experimentation programme. It is the engineering that makes an already working product perform.

We Optimise on a Live Product, Without a Rebuild

Performance, reliability, scale and cost, tuned continuously on real production data.

Performance Engineering

Most Requested

We profile and optimise the product end to end, so it remains fast and responsive across budget devices and unreliable networks.

TOTO India, a premium sanitary ware brand

Turned a slow site into sub-two-second loads on India's varied connectivity with lazy-loaded WebP and lean pages, SEO held through relaunch

Reliability and Scale

We build resilience into live products with observability, error budgets and load-hardening, so peak demand never becomes an outage.

One of Asia's largest school and college networks

Turned a crash-prone app into a stable one across 950+ campuses and 3M+ students, scaled with multi-tenant governance and role-based access.

Cloud Cost Optimisation

FinOps

We tune infrastructure to actual usage patterns, eliminating waste so cloud costs scale with demand, not complexity.

UNESCO-IIEP, a nineteen-country education platform

Turned bloated infrastructure into a right-sized one, per-ministry running cost down thirty per cent, uptime above ninety-five per cent.

"Having run large-scale platforms in production, one thing becomes clear: reliability, performance and cost efficiency are engineered into live systems, not achieved through rebuilds alone.

Holding a fast-fashion storefront through Black Friday peaks and reducing the running costs of a 19-country government platform by double digits reinforced the same discipline every time: measure before, measure after, then let the numbers speak."

Product Optimisation FAQs for India's CTOs and CPOs

How is Product Optimisation different from Product Modernisation?

Product Optimisation tunes a current, working product without re-architecting it: performance, reliability, scale and cost. Our Product Modernisation practice re-architects or replatforms an ageing system whose foundation can no longer keep up. The test is the foundation. If the architecture is sound and the product simply underperforms, that is optimisation. If the architecture itself is outdated and must change, that is modernisation. A refactor for speed on a sound platform is us; a monolith broken into microservices is Modernisation.

What do you actually optimise?

Four things on a live product. Performance: Core Web Vitals, page-load and interaction speed, back-end latency. Reliability: uptime, crash-free sessions, observability and incident reduction. Scale: holding peak and festival load without breaking. Cost: cloud spend, right-sizing and waste. We measure each on real production data before and after, so the improvement is a number, not a claim.

Is this a one-off audit or an ongoing partner, and are we locked in?

Either, and you are never locked in. We can run a fixed performance, reliability and cost audit with a prioritised plan, or operate as a continuous optimisation partner on real production telemetry. A first measured improvement inside ninety days is typical; from there, performance, uptime and cost keep improving while the product keeps running. You work in your own stack throughout and own every change, the tuning and the observability we set up, so keep us on, take it in-house, or move to another partner.

Which industries do you optimise products for?

The discipline is sector-agnostic; the proof is not. We have optimised education platforms serving 950+ campuses and a nineteen-country government education system, commerce through Black Friday peak, a luxury commerce platform, a premium consumer brand's site on India's varied networks, and a financial company's platform across thirty-plus markets. Regulated sectors change what a fix must respect, audit trails, data residency, DPDP-aligned handling, not whether performance can improve. The telemetry discipline is identical everywhere: measure before, measure after.

Can you change a live product without putting it at risk? A: That constraint shapes the whole practice. Changes ship behind feature flags through blue-green and canary releases, so a fix reaches a fraction of traffic before it reaches all of it, and rollback is a switch, not a project. Observability comes first, so a regression surfaces on our dashboards before your customers feel it. Data handling stays DPDP-aligned throughout, with India-region residency where regulation demands it. The product stays live for its users the entire time. That is the point of the practice.
