Product Engineering, Built and Run by One Team for Evolving CX

Your web product or platform, engineered for India's reality, measured on revenue it earns

Trusted by

Anyone Can Launch a Product. Few Can Keep It Earning.

Your vendor built it and left. Now it quietly leaks the revenue it was built to earn. The build ships on time, hits the spec, and still misses the number because it was built to a backlog, not the customer. One team builds it. Another inherits it. The customer moves, traffic grows, new devices appear, new integrations arrive, and the product cannot keep up. Performance degrades, conversion falls, and eventually a rebuild feels inevitable.

ONE CX™ works differently. One team builds your product around the customer, runs it on real-world usage, and architects it to adapt to continuous customer demand. You own the code throughout.

The result is a product that keeps performing, keeps converting, and keeps earning long after launch.

One Team Builds, Runs and Evolves

From a first build to running and evolving it, one team owns the lifecycle, around your customer and India's reality.

Platform Engineering

Most Requested

Multi-tenant, composable platforms built for Indian scale, absorbing new demand without a rewrite as you grow.

rStorefront - We built and run rStorefront's multi-tenant hyperlocal commerce platform.

We built and run rStorefront's multi-tenant hyperlocal commerce platform. One composable platform giving thousands of independent retailers their own storefront, absorbing new demand and new AI modules without a rewrite, with the client owning the IP throughout. 5,300+ retailers on one platform, 11 AI modules, 2,500+ AI store banners shipped a month.

Web Product Engineering

SaaS First

Customer-facing web products and SaaS that are fast on weak Indian networks, built to convert and continuously run.

Ampere by Greaves Electric — we built and run their customer-facing, high-performance website.

Engineered to load fast on weak Indian networks, then tuned on real traffic after launch so it keeps converting, not just shipping. 30% to 40% of current sales driven by the digital channels we built and run.

MVP Build

Founder's Pick

Your first version, built to prove the model and win real customers, then scaled without a rebuild.

Voyze — an AI thought-leadership platform, taken zero to one for one of the world's top IT-services leaders.

Built to prove the model and win its first real users, on an architecture that scales without a rebuild. 2.8X more senior leaders publishing weekly than before the platform. Platform scaled to 450 Leaders

Regulated Engineering

BFSI and healthcare-grade builds, with security embedded in the architecture and enforced in the pipeline, that pass audits without slowing delivery.

SUD Life Insurance — we re-factored SUD Life's regulated BFSI web estate end to end.

An end-to-end refactor of the existing portal and intranet, new modules engineered on top, with DPDP-defensible architecture and security embedded in the pipeline rather than bolted on, so releases ship without failing an audit.

"Having worked on products for Airtel, Mahindra, Bosch, rStorefront and Dentulu, I've seen the same thing hold true: experience-first product engineering changes the outcome.

Systems built around customer behaviour, designed for real-world load and operated beyond launch don't just ship on time, they hold performance, deliver conversions and stay reliable at scale."

Why India's CTOs, CIOs, CPOs and Founders Choose ONE CX

Product Engineering FAQs Indian CTOs, CIOs, CPOs and Founders Ask the ONE CX Team

What does ONE CX actually do in a product engineering engagement?

We build the digital products your customers use, website, product, SaaS or platforms. One team across engineering, design, data, and CX builds it, scoped to the revenue it must earn rather than a feature backlog, and the same senior team runs and evolves it after go-live. If you need a standalone, app-first mobile build, that is our Mobile App Development service, here we focus on web products and platforms, including web applications. We built and continue to operate rStorefront, a hyperlocal commerce platform serving 5,300+ retailers, with the client owning the IP throughout. We build it. Then we run it. You own the code.

How is this different from an IT services company, an SI or a staff-augmentation shop?

An SI builds a system to a spec, hands it over and leaves; a staff-aug shop rents you engineers and owns nothing. ONE CX owns the outcome. We build the product the customer actually engages, retains and converts, tie it to the revenue it earns, and run it on real use after launch. It is why 82% of our clients come back and why partnerships run for years, not one project: we are into a third year with both SUD Life and rStorefront. We compete on the experience the build produces and the revenue it returns, not on cloud migrations, body-shopping or a delivery-centre handover.

How does an engagement work, and how long until the product is live?

It starts with a thirty-minute scoping call, no commitment. From there we work in ninety-day sprints across four stages. Scope (days 0 to 30): we pin down the customer, the problem and the revenue the product must earn. Build (30 to 60): we engineer it in tested increments, on your stack. Launch (60 to 90): we ship the first release to real Indian devices and networks and read the first signal. Operate and Evolve (90+): one team runs and evolves it. A first working release and a first real signal inside ninety days is our average; from day ninety-one the number is proven and grown in operation, never claimed at launch. The team that builds it runs it, so there is no handover.

You build and run it as one team, what does that mean, and does it lock us in?

It means the same senior team that builds your product runs, monitors and evolves it after go-live, to an agreed SLA: performance, reliability, releases and conversion, on real customer use. We still operate rStorefront today, shipping 2,500+ AI store banners a month, and we are into a third year with SUD Life in regulated BFSI. There is no handover to a different ops team and no bait-and-switch. It is a service you start and stop, not a dependency: you own the code throughout, so keep us on to run it, take it in-house, or move it to another partner. The build is yours either way.

How is Product Engineering different from your Experience Design practice?

Experience Design designs the product, the research, the UX, the interface. Product Engineering builds and ships it as working software, then runs it. Design draws it; we make it real and operate it. On many engagements they work together; on others we engineer what your own team or agency has already designed, as we did for Sato Lixil, where the client owned the design and we built it

Do you work with startups and founders, or only large enterprises?

Both. For founders we build zero to one, the first version that proves the model, then scale it without a rebuild, the same discipline. For enterprises we build and run products at scale, regulated where they need to be, including for global brands like Carrier, for whom we built a unified customer-service platform. The engineering discipline is the same; the stage, the scope and the language differ.

How do you build for India's devices, networks and festival-scale load?

We engineer for the India your customers actually use, not a lab. We build web products that stay fast on weak networks and on the budget phones most of your customers browse from, because that is where the revenue is and where a slow or broken experience loses it. We architect for festival-scale spikes, when traffic and order volumes can double and product has to hold, with event streaming, caching and load paths designed in from the start, not measured after the crash. Weak connectivity, UPI and Tier-2 and Tier-3 reality are core engineering here, not a localisation pass at the end.

Is "evolves" personalisation, and how does it use your Data, Personalisation and AI work?

"Evolves" here means the build absorbs change: an architecture (API-first, composable, microservices) that takes on new features, scale and demand without a rebuild. Those are separate inputs: Data Engineering builds the data the product runs on; Personalisation supplies the decision logic that adapts the experience per customer; our AI MAX team builds the AI we embed. We build with your existing data, personalisation and AI, or bring in those ONE CX practices where you need them.

What is product engineering, and how is it different from software development?

Product engineering is the discipline of building a digital product as a business outcome, not just writing software to a specification. Software development delivers features against a backlog; product engineering owns discovery, architecture, build, quality, secure delivery and operation, and ties all of it to what the product is meant to move: conversion, retention and revenue. The practical difference: a development shop ships what the ticket says and stops; a product engineering team asks what the customer needs and what the business must earn, builds to that, and stays to run it. We have done this across 85+ projects for 50+ brands, with a team averaging eight years of experience.
